What You’ll Do
- Support the Board and Director during events
- Provide builder updates and insights
- Help with agent check-ins and engagement
- Assist with event execution (model home mixers, content days, CE, etc.)
- Participate in monthly leadership calls when possible
- Strengthen builder–agent communication
